I want to bottle water outdoors. Is there a good filter that will connect to an outdoor spout?

I want to stop buying bottled water for the house and just filter our tap water. Can anyone tell me where I can buy one locally (Metro Manila)? What’s a good brand? How much should I be prepared to spend?

I’m goin to school in waco so i have to drink they’re smelly disgusting piss water, and the filter saves me from that crap. I know i should know the answer, but i know pre law kids who don’t do know how to do they’re laundry so i think im in the clear.

My husband would prefer NOT to have a separate faucet line for filtered water, so we would need an in-line drinking water filter for our kitchen sink. He would also prefer NOT to have to depend on a plumber to install it.

Our shallow well developed a black bacteria a couple years ago that is supposedly harmless but it smells like rotten eggs, turns our tub orange, and spits up black dirt off and on. We may have to dig a deeper well, but I was hoping there is a super duper water filter that could just make the water we have ok to use. anybody know?

I’ve heard that the ingestion of fluoride isn’t good for you, and I’m looking for a good quality filter to remove the fluoride from my drinking water.

Can anyone share a detailed experience (good or bad) with a water filter—countertop, wholehouse, undersink, portable, or hiking water filters? Which filter brand do you like and why?

I want to buy a new water filter that I can attach to my sink. Problem is I don’t know which ones are quality. I have seen some for only $5, but I have seem others for $100. Does the price necessarily reflect quality of the filter?

I just recently bought a Brita water filter. It says to discard any unused water after a few days. If I pour it into jugs and cap them, will the water be good to drink after a few weeks or is it only referring to the water in the pitcher?

I’m tired of spending money on gallons and bottled water so I thought about getting a filter. Does it work as well? Is it as safe as drinking bottled water? What brands should I consider? I’m willing to change it every six months or so.

Does filtering water before drinking it actually do anything to it? According to the water quality reports, tap water in the US is safe to drink, so I am wondering if the filter serves as mainly a psychological thing. Can anyone point to any studies on this?
