I have a Pur facet mount and took the filter out only to realize I didn’t have another one. The idea was to keep it in for a few days until I got another one… that was over a month ago.
the water seems fine, what effects or how much impurities could i be consuming… or do you think it’s fine.
The tap water at my school has a lot of chlorine in it and brita filters don’t take the taste out. I was wondering is zero water filtered out the chlorine taste.
Is there a BPA-Free water filter dispenser that anyone can recommend?
I live in Vancouver, BC and would love to have the “pur” water filter that has the available flavored filters that is advertised on the US stations. I know that it is a product of Procter & Gamble but I am unable to find it here. I anyone knows where I can get one and at what price, I would love the information.
Thanking you all in advance.
Shirley
I have well water, and the iron in the water ruins everything.
Everything is red, the shower turns my hair orange red, and the tub red.
I am mostly interested in a shower filter. But I need something good and something that will help with the iron well water.
I’ve heard that the ingestion of fluoride isn’t good for you, and I’m looking for a good quality filter to remove the fluoride from my drinking water.
Can anyone share a detailed experience (good or bad) with a water filter—countertop, wholehouse, undersink, portable, or hiking water filters? Which filter brand do you like and why?
I’m tired of spending money on gallons and bottled water so I thought about getting a filter. Does it work as well? Is it as safe as drinking bottled water? What brands should I consider? I’m willing to change it every six months or so.
