If you want more details, sorry. My teacher just said, make a water filter, and didn’t tell us anything else. Yeah, she’s a jerk. Anyways, any ideas? Thanks.

Look online for different types of water filters that can be made at home.
So look up “how to make a water filter”http://www.wilderness-survival-skills.co…
    is an example.

  2. okay where I visited in India, people have home water filtes all the time. Here’s what you do.
take a bucket. Place some cloth in the bucket so it hangs half way to the bottom and tie it down. Then put in a layer of cotton balls, then put in a layer of rocks, then put in a layer of sand, then put in another layer of rocks, then put in a layer gravel, and then add a layer of cloth on the top. (something holey like cotton that water can get through for both layers of cloth) Dump the water on top of all the layers and it gets filtered as it goes through.
I know rocks and dirt are dirty but it works.

  3. stuff cotten into a jar with a plastic lid. Drill 2 holes in the lid on either side. Glue in pieces of plastic tube into the holes. Run water in one end and take it out of the other end
