This is the deal I’m about to close the deal and now my realtor says that the house has a water filter system. The current owners want to take it away. Can I demand to keep it??? or they got the legal right to take away.

Unless it is written in your contract for it to stay they can take it. You should make them an offer on it maybe they will consider leaving it.
That’s a question for an attorney, and I would ask that before you close. If it’s a whole house filter and is plumbed into the water line before the water tank, it can be difficult to remove. An under the counter kitchen filter is simple to remove, but you can easily replace it for $100 or $200.

i got mine from here and its working great!
It has to be in the contract! See how much it’s worth and make them an offer. Consider what it would cost to have one installed.
