I want to buy a new water filter that I can attach to my sink. Problem is I don’t know which ones are quality. I have seen some for only $5, but I have seem others for $100. Does the price necessarily reflect quality of the filter?

  1. Yes, the cost usually matters. We have a PUR filter with 3-stage filtration and it’s amazing. The water tastes great. You can buy them practically anywhere. We picked one up at Walmart. Definitely worth the money!!!

  2. There an excellent post here at http://best.waterfilters-camping-water-p… that describes 10 top tips to selecting the best water filters.
The bottom line is you need to buy a filter that has been tested and certified to make your water healthy to drink. Sometimes, an expensive water filter system may not be as good as the least expensive one.
One thing that should be the greatest incentive is the return policy. Some companies like Multi-Pure has a 90-day return policy so you can simply try for 90 days to see if it’s something that helps your water. In fact, Multi-Pure received the Consumers Digest BEST BUY for Multi-Pure’s excellent 90-day return policy.
Make sure the filter you buy is the one that will make your water healthy and beware of water filter scams.
    Good luck!
